Big problem - had an appt. for replacing defective air bag. Brought my daughter with me - she took a day off from work to transport to dealer and bring me back when repair was done. Roseville is about 20 miles from my home. Since I would need transportation the next day, I did get the rental car. The first time I went in for service, there was nobody to meet me in the service bay and when I walked into the service department still nobody acknowledged me. I have not had an experience like this since that day.

I purchased my used 2003 Porsche Boxster S with only 23k on it from AutoNation Mazda Roseville and can't say how pleased I am. The process was so painless, and the price (per TrueCar) was $4k under market. I RESERVED the car through AutoNation (best move ever) and because... Read Full Review of that was first in a line of 6 other potential buyers. The 24-hour reservation lowered the pressure to purchase right away and allowed me to make an informed, unpresured decision. I LOVE the car - it was detailed immaculately prior to purchase, full tank of gas, and because we filled out all the paperwork ahead of time the closing took less than 30 minutes once I made the final decision to purchase. Add to that a 3-day 150-mile no question return policy, and an AutoNation limited warranty - what isn't to like! Everyone I met and interacted with throughout the entire purchase process was no pressure and appeared genuinely interested in making it a pleasurable experience. On top of being... Read Full Review lied to by STUART, when i went to pick my vehicle up the service department "misplaced" my keys. If I could go back I would not purchase from this terrible facility. Heres some pictures of the problems I found with my CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED vehicle. This dealership IS AWFUL and the sales management are liars. Purchased this vehicle drove it for a month found the steering wheel off to the right, thought ok maybe i hit a pothole no problem. Did an exterior check found the front bumper misaligned, and over spray tape in a few places, and paint chips coming off the front. Took it to this facility after Stuart said they would take care of it, and had set up a special "body shop" to take the vehicle to examine. They found no issue...... But replaced some broken bumper clips?!?! Didn't repaint the bumper, misplaced my keys and basically told me to get fucked...... Didn't even re-align the front end. I purchased a brand new 2016 CX-9 GT trim and its going into service for the third straight time in less than month of purchase date. I've reported steering wheel vibration while driving and the first service technician did not report any problem and stated everything was... Read Full Review normal. However, I could clearly feel the ride difference and notable vibration that I could not get off it. So I decided to take it again to another service center and they found that front wheel weights were off by some margin which they adjusted. However the problem still exists and I am taking it for the third time to have a thorough check on tire balance and alignment. I've reported this issue to this dealership and got absolutely NO response. Its not what I'd expected from this dealership representing Mazda who claims to excel in their service and quality of their cars. If this isn't fixed the third time, I know my rights as a consumer and will be willing to take appropriate steps to ensure every penny I spent is worth. Read Short Review
